You can find directions on the hotel website: http://en.sunrouteplazashinjuku.jp/en/location.html If you have a lot of luggage and prefer to take a taxi, the taxi stand is on the 3rd floor at the New South Exit (Expressway Bus Terminal) or ground floor at other exits. Ask at any information counter to point you to the closest taxi stand. Quote
