Bullet train tickets from shin yokohama to Kyoto

We are arriving at Yokohama cruise port on 15 October 2024 and would like to travel to Kyoto.  We understand we can take the bullet train from shin yokohama to Kyoto but we cannot find how to book tickets, we would need 2 tickets with luggage space for our suitcases.

We would appreciate any help to do this.

We then would need to travel from Kyoto to Haneda airport on Sunday 20 October (10 pm flight).

You can buy tickets at the station before departure. Ticket office staff can help you find a seat with luggage space. Trains on this route are very frequent (every 10-15 minutes).
