How to go from Hakata Port international to Hakata station ?

Hi all,

I would like to know How to go from Hakata Port international to Hakata station ?

Is there a regular bus ? or Taxi for 5 persons available or that you can order from information desk ?

Bus No.88 connects Hakata Port International with Hakata Station. The bus runs every 10 minutes during the day and takes about 20 minutes from the port to the station.

For 5 persons you will probably need 2 taxis. The information desk will provide information where to get a taxi.

I must admit that I had hard time to get info on bus 88 on the web. Thank you again for your reply

Could you indicate me if I can buy ticket when getting on board of this bus or if I should use a Suica card or something else ?

You can pay in cash when getting off or use an IC card (Suica, PASMO, etc.)

Getting on and Getting off:
-Getting on: Enter from the door in the middle or in the back and take the numbered ticket from the
machine. If you have an IC card, press your card to the card-reader instead of taking the token.
-Getting off: If you are paying in cash, proceed to the door in the front and pay the fare to the driver.
Otherwise, press your IC-card to the reader near the front door.
