Japan Station Posted May 2, 2018 Posted May 2, 2018 Generally, infants and babies up to 5 years old travel for free (except when an infant or baby occupies his or her own reserved seat). All seats on Rapi:t Airport Express are reserved. If your daughter can seat on your lap then no ticket is required, if she needs a separate seat then a reserved ticket is needed. The regular Nankai Airport Express (not Rapi:t) is a commuter train with non-reserved seats. No ticket is required for a 2 year old.
