I would like to travel from Matsumoto to Nakatsugawa on LTD. EXP. (WIDE VIEW) SHINANO 4.
As I will be buying JR East Pass, this http://www.jreast.co.jp/e/eastpass/pamphlet.pdf, seems to imply that I would need to pay extra charges if I use my JR East Pass.
Is it better to buy pay the 4290 yen fare search from Hyperdia, or pay extra charges? I could not find how much is this extra charges online.
