Tokyo to kyoto JR in Kyoto Forum Posted September 14, 2018 Hello, will the tokaido shinkansen be available from tokyo to kyoto by the 21st of September? I saw in the Kansai airport homepage that the JR wasnt running so i was wondering if that applies to the kyoto station. Thanks in advance
