[Nozomi Train and Purchase of Kansai One Pass]

Hi Everyone!

I'm going for my first trip to Japan in 2 weeks time and it's going to be a 10 days trip covering Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto.

I will be arriving in Tokyo and departing from Osaka. 

From Tokyo to Osaka, I'll be taking the Nozomi Train. 

Just want to find out:

1) Can Nozomi Train tickets be bought online?

2) From Tokyo to Osaka via Nozomi, I'll pass by Shin-Osaka station and I would like to get the Kansai One Pass. Do I need to exit the gantry to buy the Pass? Where are the Kansai One Pass sale counters and what time does the sale counter closes?
