Susu
We will be taking NEX from Narita to Tokyo. If I book reserved seats, will 28" spinner luggage be allowed? Is it more convenient with the luggage to board Shinkansen at Shinagawa station instead of Tokyo station?
Japan Station
There is dedicated luggage space in every car on Narita Express that can accommodate large suitcases. It is much easier to transfer at Shinagawa station. Tokyo station is busier and more complex to navigate. There are also luggage delivery services that will send your large suitcase from Narita directly to your hotel in Kyoto. Look for “luggage delivery” on Arrivals level at Narita.
