Luggage store for 6 days at Yokohama Station

We are a group of four people travelling in Japan before taking a cruise from Yokohama.  We are staying in Tokyo but will be briefly passing through Yokohama station for the Rugby World Cup so it would be very convenient for us to store our main luggage (4 suitcases) at Yokohama Station so that it is ready for us to collect 6 days later and meanwhile use hand luggage.

Can you advise if this is possible please?
