Japan Station Posted April 3, 2017 Share Posted April 3, 2017 The voltage is slightly different (100V in Japan vs. 120V in the US), most phone/camera/laptop chargers will work fine. Some heating appliances, like hair dryers, irons, etc. will not work properly. The plugs are the same as in the US with two flat pins.
