Oi Port to Ueno Station

My cruise will end at Oi Port, Tokyo.

How do I go from Oi port to Ueno Station?

I plan to get to Toyama by high speed train from Ueno station, if possible. Please advise if there is any better alternative route.

You can take Yurikamome Line from Tokyo International Cruise Terminal station to Shimbashi station and transfer there to Ginza subway line to Ueno.

If you have luggage and there are several people traveling together it may be more practical to take a taxi.
