I’ll start with my personal favorite new hotels: Hotel Royal Classic Osaka (Luxury) Designed by Kengo Kuma, the hotel preserves parts of the original Shin-Kabukiza Theater facade and integrates them into its modern structure, blending historical architecture with contemporary aesthetics. Located next to Namba Station in the heart of Osaka. Opened in 2019. Moxy Osaka Shin Umeda (Mid-range): Opened in September 2020, this stylish hotel offers a fun and youthful atmosphere. It’s a great option for travelers looking for something different. The Lively Osaka Honmachi (Mid-range): Opened in August 2020, this hotel features contemporary design and a lively bar scene. Excellent location just north of JR Osaka station, and Hankyu Osaka-Umeda Station. Affordable rates for its central location and quality of service. Quote
