The Revaty Kegon is a limited express train operated by Tobu Railway, and the JR East Pass generally does not cover Tobu Railway lines. The pass is valid for unlimited rides on JR East lines within the designated area, but it does not include non-JR lines like those operated by Tobu Railway. However, the JR East Pass (Tohoku area) does cover the JR Ryomo Line from Tochigi to Ashikaga Flower Park, as this line is operated by JR East. You can use your pass for this portion of your journey without any additional charges. Alternative Routes: If you prefer to stay within JR East lines to maximize the use of your pass, consider taking a JR train from Nikko Station (operated by JR East) instead of Tobu Nikko Station.
