Maria Fukuda Posted October 2 Posted October 2 From Tokyo Station you can take the Yamanote Line or Keihin Tohoku Line to Okachimachi Station. From Okachimachi Station Exit A8 is the closest to Dormy Inn Ueno. Unless you are using the Japan Rail Pass to take Narita Express from the airport to Tokyo Station, we highly recommend taking Keisei Skyliner instead. It goes directly from the airport to Ueno station, within walking distance of your hotel. This route is much faster and avoids making a transfer at Tokyo station, also keep in mind that local trains can get crowded during rush hour. Quote
