stimpy87 Posted September 12 Posted September 12 (edited) Hello, I am arriving in Tokyo in 2 weeks time and I have seen the information on the Welcome Suica 1 day pass that was or is available. I am travelling in Haneda and wanted to buy the day pass to use when in Tokyo on the Yamanote line and to go to Chiba. I am unsure if any of the day passes cover this trip. It could be the Narita/Tokyo day pass but am unsure Is this pass still available? Thanks Chris Edited September 12 by stimpy87 updated information Quote
Japan Station Posted September 13 Posted September 13 There are three versions of the Welcome Suica 1 day pass: Narita → Tokyo 1-Day Pass Haneda → Tokyo 1-Day Pass Tokyo Metropolitan District Pass (Tokunai Pass) You can find the details and coverage maps of this website: What is the Welcome Suica (with IC Special Pass) Card? stimpy87 Posted September 13 Author Posted September 13 Hello I have seen there are 2 cards available but do any cover what I want to do, as in use yamanote line (I am staying near Ochanomizu) and take a day trip to Chiba. Not sutre if the Metropolitan or Narita card cover my trips. Thanks Chris Quote
Maria Fukuda Posted September 18 Posted September 18 There is a map on the Welcome Suica website the shows the lines that are covered. Depending on where you want to go in Chiba it may be covered by Narita card. Travel as much as you want all day within the designated area! Because the pass is undated, customers will have to activate the pass themselves. It will only be valid for the day (one day) in which it is activated. Quote
