Finding tracks and transfer time

I will need to transfer in Shin-Osaka from Shinkansen Sakura 542 from Okayama that arrives at 11:24 on track 24 to LTD.EXP Thunderbird 21 to Kanazawa, which departs at 11:46 from track 4.

Where can one find where the tracks are (on which floor, how far away, how to get from one to the other)?

If we have luggage and are new to this station, is normally the available 22 minutes enough for the transfer? Can we get help to find the tracks and the best way to get there if we need help?

22 minutes is more than enough to transfer at Shin-Osaka station from Shinkansen to JR Lines, as long as you don't stop anywhere along the way. Follow the signs to "Transfer to JR Lines".
