Travel from KIX to Naniwa

Recommended Posts

Hello, and thank you for your time.  I know this may sound silly, but I have trouble in crowds and don't want to make an improper decision in the moment.  My family and I will be travelling to Osaka next month.  We will be staying in Naniwa, and the host has informed us of our options for arrival stations (Nankai Namba Station by train, Midosuji Subway Namba Station by subway, and OCAT by bus).  I hope to have all plans in place well before we depart from home.

As we are going to buy JR passes anyway, we have considered traveling to Nankai Namba Station.  My question is this:  using the JR pass, which train should we expect to board for the trip?

We may prefer to use a limousine bus due to the space constraints on the trains when traveling with luggage.  This is the transportation I am expecting to use even though we will have the JR pass.  If we should we choose to take a bus, which do we take?

I appreciate your assistance and look forward to being able to finalize my plans.

The fastest way to travel from KIX to Nankai Namba is by Nankai Airport Express Rapi:t. This train has dedicated luggage space. It is not covered by JR Pass.

If you choose to take a bus you can find the schedule for the bus to OCAT on this site:
