Is there a night train, and will this be covered by the JR pass? how do I buy tickets to this if I buy a JR pass from the Philippines? Thank you! The only way to reserve tickets is in person at any JR ticket office in Japan. You can try booking a ticket as soon as you arrive at Kansai Airport JR ticket office, but it's not guaranteed that there will be seats available on that day.
