Please advise, how to get to Sapporo? And what will be the best time of departure from Tokyo Station so we can have the fastest route to Sapporo? Thanks Quote
Japan Station Posted May 27, 2016 Posted May 27, 2016 To get to Sapporo from Tokyo you will need to take a shinkansen train from Tokyo to Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto and connect there to another train to Sapporo. It may be a good idea to reserve your train tickets as soon as you arrive in Japan. With the Japan Rail Pass you don't need to pay anything extra but you do need to make reservations in advance at any JR ticket office. Quote
