Japan Station Posted November 25, 2017 Posted November 25, 2017 The station nearest to Yokohama cruise port is NIHON-ODORI on Minatomirai Line. From this station you can take a train to Yokohama station and from there take JR Shonan-Shinjuku Line directly to Shinjuku. Alternative route is to take Minatomirai Line all the way to Shibuya and then take Yamanote line from Shibuya to Shinjuku.
