Going from Hakodate to Aomori you will need to take a regular train from Hakodate to Shin-Hakodate Hokuto (about 20 min) and then change to shinkansen train to Shin-Aomori. From Shin-Aomori you can take a taxi to your destination or a local train to Aomori station. It's only 4km from Shin-Aomori to Aomori station. Quote
