ill visit mt fuji and gala yuzawa, and also universal or disneyland thats my 3 must visit while in japan.

the question :
does JR PASS cover gala yuzawa and mt fuji trip? if YES.. is it worth it get JR PASS for these trip tokyo-osaka, osaka-nagoya and the other trip for the whole 7 days
and if NO.. im planing to buy tokyo wide pass and buy single trip for tokyo-osaka (kintetsu pass while in osaka), osaka-nagoya
which 1 more worth it from those 2 ?
