Hi, I am planing for a trip from Tokyo to Lake Kawaguchiko on 18-Dec. Appreciate some advise on the Fuji Excursion train: 1) does it runs daily even during Dec? 2) is it possible to purchase the tickets online? if not, where can I get the tickets? 3) How much is each adult ticket?
