  1. I purchased three 7 day rail passes on the 24 March 2019 but the passes have not arrived. I contacted the website several times and sent an email and Facebook post on their site. They have not replied. My bank told me it has been paid to a company in Spain. Can anyone help me to tell me what can be done as we need the passes which begin on the 28 th June. I feel your company may be able to help with supplying phone number of the jrailpass agency and you would want to know this is happening to tourists. On the jrailpass Facebook there are many tourists stating they have had the same problem. Can you help pls. Domo arigata maureen Dawson- Smith
