  1. Bus No.88 connects Hakata Port International with Hakata Station. The bus runs every 10 minutes during the day and takes about 20 minutes from the port to the station. For 5 persons you will probably need 2 taxis. The information desk will provide information where to get a taxi.

  3. Hi Jose, The extra charge is equal to the first day charge. Note that the charge is not for 24 hours, it is per calendar day. If the first day charge is 500 yen, you will need to deposit additional 500 yen to open the locker on the second day until the end of the day.
  4. Suica Card – JR East, Tokyo and Eastern Japan Suica is issued by JR East, the largest rail operator in Tokyo and Eastern Japan. Pasmo Card – Tokyo Metro Issued by subway operator Tokyo Metro and other transport companies in the Tokyo area, Pasmo is known for its pink robot mascot.   5. Two train lines connect Kyoto Station with Nara: the JR Nara Line and the Kintetsu Kyoto Line. On the JR Nara Line your can use ICOCA (or any other IC card) on any train. Miyakoji Rapid train is the fastest. On Kintetsu Line you can use an IC card on a local (slow) train. For a faster Limited Express train you will need to buy an additional limited express ticket.   13. It is possible to travel from Narita to Hokkaido in one day. You will need to take Narita Express to Tokyo Station and transfer to Hokkaido Shinkansen to Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto.   18. There are some Osaka Loop line trains that go directly to Universal Studios. You can find the schedule on transit planner websites like Google Maps or Hyperdia.   22. Kanazawa Station is not very complex to navigate. 8 minutes is enough to transfer from Ltd. Exp. Thunderbird to Shinkansen if you don't make any stops along the way. Look for the "Transfer Gate" from between local lines and the shinkansen platforms. We recommend booking seats a few days in advance. This can be done at any JR ticket office in Japan.
  23. Ueno-Okachimachi Station on the Oedo Line is within walking distance from Keisei Ueno station, but it not a part of the same complex. It is about four city blocks away.
