I lost my bag in bus number 16 (going to Ohara). I got on at Sanjo and got off at Shugakuin station and once I was home I realized I forgot my bag on the bus. I found a number online, 075-801-2561, but I think since it is quite late at night, the working hours are over and I can not get through. What is the best way to retrieve my bag? It contained some souveneires for my friends and it will be a shame to lose them. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
